Colombian Federation of Associations of Persons with Physical Disability(FECODIF)

FECODIF (Federación Colombiana de Asociaciones de Personas con Discapacidad Física) is a private non-profit corporation established in 2003 in Bogotá, Colombia, to coordinate associations and organisations of persons with physical disabilities at municipal, departmental, and regional level.
What They Do
FECODIF advocates for public policies and fair legislation for people with physical disabilities; connects members with employment opportunities and inclusive tourism programmes; provides legal advice and support groups; and promotes adapted sports and recreational activities as tools for inclusion and rehabilitation. The federation represents members' interests before government ministries and the Colombian Paralympic Committee.
