The Fédération Sénégalaise des Associations des Personnes Handicapées is Senegal's national umbrella federation of 28 disability associations, founded in Dakar in 1997. It advocates for the rights and social inclusion of people with all disability types across all regions of the country.

Founded on 12 December 1997, FSAPH is Senegal's principal umbrella body for disability organisations, grouping 28 national member associations and operating through regional branches across all 14 regions of the country. The federation's headquarters is in Derkle Castor, Dakar.
What They Do
FSAPH serves as a framework for partnership, consultation, and collective action among associations of people with disabilities. It advocates with government and international bodies on inclusive education, healthcare access, adapted employment, and accessible infrastructure. The federation has partnered with Light For The World and the MasterCard Foundation on the #WeCanWork programme, improving economic inclusion for young people with disabilities in Senegal.
Who They Serve
FSAPH serves people with physical, visual, hearing, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities across Senegal, as well as their families and the organisations that support them. It acts as the primary interlocutor with government on disability policy and carries Senegal's voice in regional and international disability forums.
