The Kansas Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) is a federally mandated state council operating under the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, headquartered in Topeka. KCDD's majority-disability membership reflects its commitment to self-advocacy and community voice.
