It promotes the adoption of inclusive workplace policies and provides free technical assistance to organisations of all sizes.
AskEARN.org provides practical toolkits on topics including reasonable accommodations, mental health in the workplace, neurodiversity hiring, and disability disclosure. Customisable HR policy templates and real employer case studies are available at no charge. A Job Seekers Resources section lists Employment Networks, VR programmes, job-coaching services, and legal-rights information for workers with disabilities.
