The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) is an initiative of the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). AskEARN.org serves as the centralized online platform for employer-focused tools, publications, and free consulting on disability inclusion in the workplace.
AskEARN provides an interactive Training Center with multimedia modules on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and advancement of workers with disabilities. Confidential one-on-one consulting is available at no cost. Resources include an Inclusive Workplace Policies database, a mental health toolkit, a return-to-work guide, and tax incentive information for employers hiring people with disabilities.
HR and DEI professionals, small business owners, federal contractors, and people with disabilities who want to understand employer expectations and workplace rights. Vocational rehabilitation counselors also use EARN resources when preparing clients for job placement.
