About this resource

About

Daivergent is a disability-focused career readiness platform that delivers personalised, video-based job coaching and life-skills training to teens and adults living with disability. It is designed as the first reimbursable job-readiness and care delivery platform for the 70 million adult disability population in the US.

What It Does

Users access modules on job interview preparation, professional communication, workplace social skills, executive functioning, and self-advocacy. Coaching is provided by trained specialists in real-time video sessions. Services can be authorised and billed through state vocational rehabilitation programmes, Medicaid waiver funding, or self-pay, lowering the financial barrier for many users.

Who It Helps

Teens and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or other disabilities who are preparing to enter or advance in the workforce, as well as the parents, job coaches, and service providers who support them.
