Disability:IN is a global organisation driving disability inclusion and equality in business. The NextGen Leaders initiative was created to bridge the gap between talented early-career professionals with disabilities and the corporate world, directly addressing the persistent employment gap faced by the disability community in professional settings.
Selected participants are matched with mentors from major corporate partners — including companies such as Boeing, JPMorgan Chase, and Microsoft — for a six-month virtual mentorship. Monthly group webinars, peer networking, and approximately 4–6 hours of engagement per month are expected. The programme culminates in an all-expenses-paid trip to the Disability:IN Annual Conference, where NextGen Leaders can interview directly with participating employers.
College students, veterans, and recent graduates with disabilities who are entering or transitioning into the corporate workforce and are seeking professional networks, employer connections, and structured mentorship.

The Audio Braille Generator is a free online tool that converts braille words into audio, assigning a unique sound to each braille letter. It is intended to help users learn and explore the braille alphabet through an auditory medium.
