Lime Connect is a U.S.-based non-profit organisation founded to rebrand disability through achievement. It partners with major corporations across STEM, finance, healthcare, and technology to connect disabled talent with inclusive employers, and has grown into what it describes as the world's largest network of high-potential university students and professionals with disabilities.
Lime Connect administers several scholarship and fellowship programmes: the Pathways Scholarship ($1,000) for graduating high school seniors entering a four-year college in the U.S. or Canada; the flagship Lime Connect Fellowship for rising college juniors, providing career-readiness coaching, internship placement, and corporate networking; and additional corporate-sponsored awards such as the Johnson & Johnson Access-Ability Scholarship for STEM and healthcare students. It also hosts recruitment events and connects members with internships and full-time roles at partner companies.
