Lime Connect is a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded to change the narrative around disability in professional settings. It operates one of the world's largest networks of high-potential students and professionals with disabilities, matching them with leading corporations committed to disability-inclusive hiring.

What It Does

Key programmes include the Lime Connect Fellowship (guiding rising juniors through competitive internship recruiting), the Foundations Programme for young professionals new to the workforce, disability scholarships such as the Johnson & Johnson Access-Ability Scholarship, and employer-facing virtual career fairs. Members receive personalised coaching, peer mentoring, and professional development workshops covering both technical career skills and disability identity in the workplace.
