NTACT:C (National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative) is co-funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs and the Rehabilitation Services Administration. It supports state educational agencies, local educational agencies, and vocational rehabilitation programmes in implementing the transition provisions of IDEA and the Rehabilitation Act.
NTACT:C offers free step-by-step instructional guides, lesson starters for school and VR professionals, pre-ETS training modules, work-based learning frameworks, and evidence-based practice summaries. Its website also provides a searchable database of transition-related resources and data tools to support state planning and reporting on post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.
