NTACT:C (National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative) is funded by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) and the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) at the U.S. Department of Education. It assists all 50 states and territories through a collaborative of disability-focused universities and organisations.

What It Does

NTACT:C produces evidence- and research-based resources on transition planning, pre-employment transition services, and post-school outcomes. It offers instructional guides, webinar recordings, predictors-of-success frameworks, and a searchable resource library for practitioners working with transition-age youth. Its resources cover the full continuum from secondary school through postsecondary education and into employment.

Transition-age students with any disability (ages 14–21), secondary special-education teachers, vocational rehabilitation counsellors, school psychologists, and state education agencies developing or improving transition programmes.
