The National Technical Assistance Center on Transition for Students with Disabilities: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) is funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). Its website, transitionta.org, serves as the central hub for transition-focused research, tools, and professional development.

What It Does

NTACT:C offers a searchable library of evidence-based and promising transition practices, professional development modules, and IEP planning tools. Topic areas include competitive integrated employment, postsecondary education, pre-employment transition services (Pre-ETS), and interagency collaboration. Free webinars, technical assistance, and state-specific data are available to educators, VR counselors, and agency staff.
