Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) is a Vietnamese non-government and non-profit organisation established in Hanoi on 2 November 2011. A disability-led NGO operating for and of persons with disabilities, ACDC is recognised for its leadership in disability policy advocacy and community empowerment across Vietnam.
