ARCH Disability Law Centre was incorporated in 1979 and is located in Toronto, Ontario. It is a not-for-profit charitable organisation that has long been a leader in disability rights advocacy and precedent-setting litigation across Canada.

ARCH offers free Summary Advice and Referrals by phone to people with disabilities in Ontario, represents clients in landmark cases before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada, and federal courts, and produces public legal education resources on disability rights.
