Estonian Chamber of Disabled People(EPIK)
Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Koda (EPIK) is Estonia's national umbrella organisation for people with disabilities and chronic illnesses, founded in 1993 and representing approximately 285 member organisations across 16 regional chambers. It advocates for improved quality of life, social inclusion, and self-fulfilment for disabled people throughout Estonia.

EPIK was founded on 26 February 1993 and has grown to become Estonia's largest disability umbrella body, representing about 285 organisations including 16 regional chambers of disabled people, 32 national disability-specific unions and associations, and 5 supporting members. It is a founding member of the European Disability Forum.
What They Do
EPIK advocates with the Estonian government on disability legislation, social services, and accessibility. It delivers experience-based counselling and peer support, provides training for professionals working with disabled people, and offers accessibility consultations to public and private sector bodies. Its network's advocacy is funded through a Ministry of Social Affairs partnership programme.

EPIK serves people with all types of disability and chronic illness across Estonia, including physical, sensory, intellectual, psychiatric, and rare conditions, as well as their families and carers.
