Mozgáskorlátozottak Egyesületeinek Országos Szövetsége (MEOSZ) — the National Federation of Organisations of People with a Physical Disability — was founded in Budapest in 1981. It is an explicitly disabled-led national umbrella body and an active member of the European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) and the Hungarian National Council of Associations of Persons with Disabilities (FESZT).
