PACER Center(PACER)
PACER Center (Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights) is Minnesota's Parent Training and Information Center and the only organization in the state serving families of children and young adults with any disability from birth through age 26 at no cost. Founded in 1977 and staffed primarily by parents of disabled children, it also operates nationally recognized programmes including the National Bullying Prevention Center.

Founded in 1977, PACER Center (Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights) is Minnesota's federally funded Parent Training and Information Center (PTI). PACER is staffed primarily by parents of children with disabilities who bring lived experience to every interaction, and it is the only Minnesota organization serving families of children and young adults with any disability from birth through age 26 at no cost.
What They Do
PACER provides free in-person and online trainings, individualized parent advocacy, and extensive resources on IEPs, transition planning beyond high school, housing, healthcare, and family rights. The organization also runs nationally recognized programs including the National Bullying Prevention Center and offers an extensive online library accessible to families across the country.
