About this resource

About

ARASAAC (Aragonese Portal of Augmentative and Alternative Communication) was established by the Government of Aragon and is one of the most widely used symbol libraries in the world. Its pictograms are integrated into many AAC apps including Cboard and LetMeTalk, and used by practitioners and families on every continent.

What It Does

The portal provides downloadable pictograms in colour and black-and-white, plus an online board creator for building communication boards, visual schedules, and learning materials. The symbol set is available under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA licence, and symbol labels are translated into over 30 languages. All tools are free for non-commercial use.

Who It Helps
