About
Developed by the BrainWare Learning Company with clinical psychologist Dr. Betsy Hill and education researcher Roger Stark, BrainWare SAFARI emerged from decades of cognitive rehabilitation research applied to real-world learning challenges. The programme has been used in schools, learning centres, clinics, vocational rehabilitation settings, and at home across the United States.
What It Does
BrainWare SAFARI delivers 20 multi-sensory exercises with 168 difficulty levels that adapt automatically to each user's performance. The programme targets six cognitive-processing areas: attention, memory, visual processing, auditory processing, sensory integration, and reasoning and logic. It is designed for 30 minutes per day, five days a week, over approximately 12 weeks, and generates progress reports accessible to educators, therapists, and parents.
Who It Helps
Children and adults with specific learning disabilities, ADHD, processing-speed difficulties, dyslexia, and broader cognitive disabilities. It is used by special education teachers, educational therapists, occupational therapists, vocational rehabilitation counsellors, and parents seeking a structured, research-backed cognitive-training intervention. School-district and state licensing options are available.
