About this resource

About

Brili was built to address the executive function challenges that make daily routines difficult for people with ADHD and ADD, drawing on CBT best practices and the latest ADHD research. It is available for children and adults on iOS and Android.

What It Does

Users create step-by-step routines for common activities such as morning prep, bedtime, homework, and chores. Each step shows a visual timer with audio and visual cues, and a customisable reward system provides positive reinforcement as tasks are ticked off. A weekly calendar and routine-history view help families track progress over time.

Who It Helps

Children, teens, and adults with ADHD or ADD who experience time blindness, task initiation difficulties, or challenges around daily transitions. Families and caregivers can set up and monitor shared routines across devices, reducing the need for constant verbal prompting.
