About this resource

About

Brili is a routine management app developed specifically for families and adults affected by ADHD and executive-function challenges. It has been recommended by ADDitude Magazine and is used by occupational therapists as a homework-and-morning-routine support tool.

What It Does

Brili replaces mental checklists with dynamic visual timers, step-by-step audio prompts, and a points-and-rewards system that makes routine completion motivating rather than stressful. Parents can build unlimited custom routines using photos or icons for each step, then monitor progress remotely through a linked parent account. Both a family plan for children and a separate adult plan are available, with a free starter tier.

Who It Helps

Brili is designed for children aged four and up through to adults who experience time blindness, task-switching difficulty, or morning-routine chaos associated with ADHD, autism, or other cognitive conditions. The reward system makes it particularly effective for school-age children who need external motivation alongside visual structure.
