About this resource

About

Designed by people with ADHD for people with ADHD, Inflow drew on CBT research to create a self-paced programme accessible from a smartphone. It raised $11 million in funding before being acquired by Cerebral in 2026, expanding its reach. An Inflow Access Programme offers free one-year subscriptions to those who cannot afford the cost.

What It Does

The app guides users through psychoeducation about ADHD, evidence-based skill-building challenges, habit tracking, and reflective journalling — each session around five minutes. A peer community and optional access to ADHD experts complement the self-guided content. Two subscription tiers are available (monthly and annual), both with a seven-day free trial.

Who It Helps

Adults and older teens diagnosed with or suspected of having ADHD who want a science-backed, self-directed complement to medication or therapy — particularly those without ready access to in-person ADHD coaching or support.
