About this resource

About

MyTherapy is developed by smartpatient GmbH and has been recommended by disability organisations, MS charities, and brain-injury support networks as a reliable daily living aid. Core reminder functionality is entirely free with no paywall on iOS or Android.

What It Does

Users set up medication schedules with custom reminder sounds or vibrations, receiving push notifications at each dose time. The app logs whether doses were taken or skipped, tracks symptoms and measurements, and produces a printable health journal to bring to clinical appointments. Reminders also extend to doctor appointments, therapy sessions, and exercises.

Who It Helps

People with TBI, multiple sclerosis, chronic illness, or cognitive impairments who need external prompting to manage complex medication regimens or track health symptoms. Caregivers can monitor adherence alongside users. Particularly useful for individuals with memory difficulties following a brain injury or neurological event.
