About this resource

About

Structured was built as an independent, privacy-respecting planner designed around how ADHD and neurodivergent brains process time and tasks — never showing ads and never selling user data. It has grown to 1.5 million active monthly users driven largely by word of mouth within ADHD and autism communities, and is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and the web.

What It Does

Users drag and drop tasks onto a visual 24-hour timeline, colour-code activities, add subtasks and notes, and set reminders — converting abstract to-do lists into a concrete picture of the day ahead. A built-in Pomodoro-style focus timer, energy-based task matching, and a 2024 AI scheduling assistant that turns spoken ideas into a structured schedule are all included. The app is free with an optional Pro subscription (monthly, annual, or lifetime) for advanced features.

Who It Helps

Structured is widely recommended by ADHD coaches and within online ADHD and autism communities for people with ADHD, time blindness, executive dysfunction, and autism. It suits older teenagers through adults managing study, work, and personal routines.
