About this resource

About

Thruday was founded by Andy Cresswell, who built the platform from his own lived experience with ADHD, autism, and epilepsy. The app is grounded in executive function research and praised for its accessible design. It supports both self-managing adults and children whose parents or carers co-manage planning through a shared access feature.

What It Does

Thruday gives users a clear visual map of the day, allows tasks to be broken into smaller steps, and helps build ADHD- and autism-friendly routines with recurring reminders. A built-in mood and energy tracker sits alongside the schedule. A parent/carer mode lets trusted adults collaborate on daily planning. Core features are free; optional premium features are available by subscription.

Who It Helps

Thruday is designed for people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent profiles, as well as their parents, carers, and educators. It suits both children being supported by adults and self-managing teenagers and adults.
