About this resource

About

ABLE FITNESS was founded on the belief that everyone — regardless of diagnosis or ability — deserves a healthy and fulfilling life. The organisation develops and curates adaptive exercise content, virtual programmes, and practical resources specifically for people living with disabilities, removing cost as a primary barrier.

What It Does

The platform provides hundreds of free live and on-demand virtual workout classes spanning strength, cardio, yoga, and functional movement — all adapted for various disability types. A free 14-week web-based fitness and nutrition plan and a free #AdaptAtHome adaptive equipment kit are also available to qualifying participants.

Who It Helps

ABLE FITNESS serves people with physical disabilities, chronic conditions, and other impairments who face financial or practical barriers to conventional fitness. Kansas-based in-person programmes complement the nationwide virtual offerings, making the organisation useful for participants across the United States.
