About

Founded by Tennille Houston — a wheelchair user, licensed registered dietitian (RDN), and certified Zumba instructor — AdaptWell Wellness exists to prove that fitness and nutrition designed for disabled bodies can be joyful and effective. Tennille brings 25+ years of dietetic expertise alongside her own lived experience of disability to every class and coaching session.

What It Does

AdaptWell offers live and on-demand wheelchair Zumba classes set to pop music, one-to-one nutrition coaching with a registered dietitian, and free workout videos on YouTube. Membership plans include structured fitness programmes and ongoing nutrition guidance tailored to disability-related health goals.

Wheelchair users and people with physical disabilities who want accessible, high-energy seated cardio workouts and professional nutrition support from a coach who shares lived experience of using a wheelchair.
