About this resource

About

Braille Superstore is the retail division of Blind in Mind, a company based in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, dedicated to producing and supplying braille products. Their Games & Puzzles section focuses specifically on making classic and contemporary board games accessible for players who are blind, low-vision, or sighted, with the goal of truly shared play at a single table.

What It Does

The store offers tactile and braille versions of popular games including Chess (with raised grid squares and peg-in-board pieces that distinguish black from white), Scrabble, Monopoly, Connect Four, Tic-Tac-Toe, UNO, Skip-Bo, Phase 10, Yahtzee, and dominoes. Braille game direction booklets for over three dozen popular titles are sold separately so players can adapt copies they already own without buying a new version.

Who It Helps

Blind and low-vision players of all ages who want to enjoy classic board and card games independently or with sighted friends and family, as well as mixed groups who want a single accessible copy usable by everyone at the table.
