Eagle Mount Bozeman has been celebrating abilities and removing barriers to recreation in Montana for over 40 years. Based in Bozeman, it is one of three Eagle Mount organisations in the state (Bozeman, Billings, and Great Falls), and operates adaptive ski and snowboard programming at Big Sky Resort.
Winter programming centres on sit-ski, stand-up skiing, and snowboarding at Big Sky, with trained volunteers and staff providing personalised, one-on-one support. Year-round activities include horseback riding, swimming, cycling, rock climbing, and gardening—all adapted to participants' individual abilities and goals.
Individuals of all ages with physical and cognitive disabilities, as well as people living with cancer. Eagle Mount Bozeman welcomes children and adults and maintains a volunteer-driven model that keeps costs accessible.
AbleGamers is a nonprofit that combats social isolation for people with disabilities through the power of gaming. They provide free custom adaptive controller setups, create developer resources for accessible game design, and run the Accessible Player Experiences (APX) programme to help studios build more inclusive games.
