About this resource

About

Gympanzees is a Bristol-based charity working toward the world's first all-ability leisure centre while delivering free online fitness content to disabled children and their families. Their Online Resource Hub makes expert-created exercise videos and activity guides available at no cost, with content developed alongside disability sport organisations.

What It Does

The Resource Hub provides adapted seated exercise videos, wheelchair workout guides, core stability programmes, balance activities, and sport-specific movement resources organised by disability type — including dedicated sections for cerebral palsy, autism, and other conditions. All content is designed for home use without specialist equipment, making it practical for families and carers.

Who It Helps

Children and young people with physical disabilities — particularly those with cerebral palsy or who use wheelchairs — along with their parents, carers, and therapists looking for evidence-informed home exercise resources. Content spans primary-school through teenage years.
