About
Peloton partnered with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation to produce dedicated adaptive fitness content led by instructor Logan Aldridge. Wheelchair users and members of the paralysis community contributed to the content development process to ensure clinical relevance and real-world applicability.
What It Does
The library includes an eight-class Seated Adaptive Strength programme for wheelchair users with some hand and arm function, a Seated Adaptive Transfer programme building the strength needed to move safely in and out of a wheelchair, and a meditation class with breathing techniques designed for people with quadriplegia. All content is accessible via the Peloton app on iOS, Android, and web.
Who It Helps
Wheelchair users and people living with spinal cord injury or paralysis, including those with quadriplegia. Also valuable for other wheelchair users with upper-limb function who want professionally led, structured seated strength training.
