About this resource

About

Wheel With Me Adapt Fit was created by Jesi Stracham and Nikki Walsh, both wheelchair users who were frustrated by the lack of fitness resources designed for seated athletes. Jesi, a paraplegic from North Carolina injured in 2015, discovered adaptive CrossFit in 2017 and partnered with Nikki to build a better solution. The platform has grown into an internationally recognized, authentically disabled-led fitness resource.

What It Does

The app provides structured workout programs covering strength training, functional mobility, cardio, floor exercises, and resistance band routines — all designed for wheelchair and seated positions. Features include daily inspiration, a private community group, nutrition guidance, and regularly updated programs available through a subscription.

Who It Helps

Wheelchair users, people with spinal cord injuries, and seated athletes at all fitness levels who want workouts created by and for the disability community. Available on iOS and Android.
